Del Sol teams up with the Korean Community Center of East Bay (KCCEB) to celebrate the power of JOY and RESILLIENCE in the immigrant community

We commissioned composers to create pieces inspired by the stories of elders in KCCEB’s Jikimee Senior Leadership Program. Nolja by gamin (Holder of Korea’s Intangible Cultural Asset) and Jikimee’s Gohyang by Hyeyung Sol Yoon (violinist of Del Sol) will premiere at the Angel Island Immigration Center on December 14, 2024, as part of a program highlighting the Korean American immigration experience
